About Nicole M. Olson

With over a decade of experience in product management, merchandising, and content strategy, I specialize in bridging the gap between sales, product development, and customer needs. Throughout my career, I have led initiatives that drive revenue, streamline operations, and enhance customer engagement.

At Empire Today, I managed $1M+ in special order and commercial business projects, sourced products and pricing for large-scale RFPs, and designed custom carpet for luxury hospitality clients. I also played a key role in training teams, optimizing vendor relationships, and developing a proprietary service application to support sales.

My expertise extends beyond flooring and merchandising. At Vanilla Video, I leveraged web and social media analytics to create high-converting content and curated video samples for sales teams. My multilingual skills in English, Spanish, and Polish enabled me to connect with diverse clients and produce multilingual RFPs.

Early in my career, I gained hands-on experience in product development at Heritage Travelware, where I worked closely with overseas suppliers, crafted compelling marketing materials, and prepared sales teams for key buyer meetings.

With a Bachelor of Arts in English, Spanish, and Business Marketing from Augustana College, I bring a strong analytical and creative mindset to every project. My passion lies in developing products, refining strategies, and supporting teams to achieve their goals.
