At Empire Today, I played a pivotal role in launching innovative flooring solutions, including the company’s first-ever proprietary soft surface product, Home Fresh, and a new collection of patterned carpets that remain bestsellers today. I also managed special orders and commercial projects, sourcing materials, pricing, and providing detailed RFP/RFI content for large-scale accounts. As the go-to expert for the sales team, I answered 100+ product-related inquiries daily, trained new team members, and supported sales representatives in closing high-value deals. Additionally, I fostered relationships with vendors, introduced new suppliers, and analyzed sales data to drive strategic decisions.
